Forest and Woodland Management will be the topic of a workshop presented by the Missouri Department of Conservation (MDC) and the University of Missouri Extension (MU Extension).
The workshop will be held on February 7th from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm at Bowling Green High School. This will cover essential techniques for managing and restoring woodland areas. Participants will learn how to enhance wildlife habitats, improve biodiversity, and maintain the ecological health of their properties through the use of prescribed burning, invasive species removal, timber sales, and more.
