Forty-seven calls for service were handled by the Chillicothe Police Department on Memorial Day. Some of the calls include:
04:12 PM Officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of 3rd and Turner which resulted in one woman arrested on a narcotics violation. The woman was taken to the Caldwell County Detention Center on a 24-hour hold pending charges for alleged delivery of a controlled substance, felony possession of a controlled substance, and felony paraphernalia. She was also arrested for an outstanding traffic warrant.
Officers also conducted traffic stops, business checks, paper service, and followed up with numerous investigations.
