Miller Court Cases Move To Circuit Court

A man accused of alleged endangering the welfare of a child will have his case heard in Livingston County Circuit Court.  22-year-old Matthew Ryan Miller waived his right to a preliminary hearing.  Judge Michael Leamer certified the case to advance to the Circuit Court.  Arraignment is set for April 10th before Judge Ryan Horsman.

Miller has a second case that will also be heard in Circuit Court, on charges of alleged domestic assault.  That arraignment will also be held on April 10th before Judge Ryan Horsman.
