Missouri Drought Monitor For October 10th

Moderate to Extreme drought conditions are now reported in southwest Missouri.  Most of Southeast Missouri shows no drought to abnormally dry.  Areas north of the Missouri River are generally Abnormally Dry, with pockets of moderate and severe drought reported in areas near Kansas City and St. Joseph.

In the local counties, the October 10th Missouri Drought Monitor shows abnormally dry conditions in all of the local counties.  A small portion of south Livingston County and parts of Carroll and Chariton Counties are showing No Drought.  There are also reports of Moderate Drought in parts of Sullivan and Grundy County.
