Missouri Highway Patrol Reports Multiple Arrests in Area

The Missouri Highway Patrol is reporting several arrests across North Missouri over the past few days.

 

On Friday, August 22nd, at 9:53 a.m., in Ray County, 34-year-old Elizabeth A. Dennis of Kansas City was arrested on an alleged misdemeanor Clay County warrant. She was taken to the Ray County Jail to be held on bond.

 

Later that day, at 8:09 p.m. in Livingston County, 22-year-old Cristian M. Rodriguez of Stillwater, Oklahoma, was arrested for allegedly driving while intoxicated involving a person under 17 in the vehicle and exceeding the posted speed limit by 11 to 15 miles per hour. Rodriguez was charged and released.

 

On Saturday, August 23rd, at 1:23 p.m., in Ray County, 37-year-old James E. Gentry of Richmond was arrested for allegedly driving while intoxicated as an aggravated offender, speeding, and driving without a valid license. He was taken to the Ray County Jail on a 24-hour hold.

 

That same day, at 11:43 p.m., in Sullivan County, 67-year-old Marvin D. Alspach of Browning was arrested for allegedly speeding, consumption of alcohol while driving, and driving while intoxicated as a persistent offender. He was taken to the Sullivan County Jail and released.

 

Finally, on Sunday, August 24th, at 1:46 a.m., in Livingston County, 51-year-old Aaron R. Franklin of Montrose was arrested for allegedly driving while intoxicated and exceeding the posted speed limit by 10 miles per hour. He was charged and released.

 

Authorities remind drivers to always stay sober and obey speed limits to keep themselves and others safe on Missouri roadways.
