Missouri’s Ballot Measures

There are six ballot questions statewide.  They include:

Amendment 2             to allow sports betting

Amendment 3             The right to make decisions about human reproductive care

Amendment 5             Allowing an additional gaming boat license on the Osage River

Amendment 6             Allow for the levy costs and fees to support salaries and benefits for current and former sheriffs, prosecuting attorneys, and circuit attorneys to ensure all Missourians have access to the courts of justice.

Amendment 7             Make the Constitution consistent with state law by only allowing citizens of the United States to vote;
Prohibit the ranking of candidates.
Require the plurality winner of a primary to be the single candidate at a general election.

Proposition A              To Increase the Minimum Wage.
