The State’s Jobs report for February shows non-farm payroll increased by 12,500 jobs, private industry employment increased by 12,200 jobs, and government employment increased by 300 jobs.
Missouri’s smoothed seasonally adjusted unemployment rate remains steady at 3.7 percent. That is two-tenths of a percentage point higher than in February 2024.
The monthly unemployment report with a breakdown by county will be released on April 4th.
