A Portion of Mitchell Street will be closed from Friday, September 5th to the 26th. The City of Chillicothe announced Mitchell Street will be closed from the Street Barn to the railroad tracks. The closure is to allow the work needed to make the connection from Mitchell Street to the new Corporate Drive, going into the new Industrial Park.
