The Blackwell Creek Bridge rehabilitation project which was delayed due to weather will begin Monday. The bridges just east of Chillicothe will be reduced to a single lane in each direction for the rehabilitation of the driving surface of the Blackwell Creek
The project includes a 10-foot width restriction.
