An investigation of a reported sexual assault resulted in a Mooresville man being charged with alleged Rape and Statutory Rape. The Livingston County Prosecutor’s office filed the charges against 47-year-old Gabriel Lynn Carter, for incidents alleged to have occurred from June 1st to August 1st. A warrant was issued Friday for the arrest of Carter. That warrant has no bond allowed.
