A moratorium on permits for Tiny homes and In-Law homes in Chillicothe was approved at Monday’s Chillicothe City Council meeting. City Administrator Roze Frampton says the request was made by the Codes Office.

The items drew several residents to the council meeting to discuss concerns and ask questions. Frampton says they will have further opportunities to discuss the ordinance in a Planning and Zoning meeting in October.
