While going through the process of filing a tax return this year, you may find your refund is not as large as last year. Micheal Devine from the Internal Revenue Service says changes in the tax code may be to blame.
Devine says there was also a change in the Child Independent Care Credit.
Devine recommends using the withholding estimator tool on IRS.GOV to see if you need to make adjustments to your payroll withholding.
