A 19-year-old from the Nebraska Air Force Base had moderate injuries in a single-vehicle crash Friday afternoon in Caldwell County. The Missouri Highway Patrol reports the 19-year-old woman was eastbound on Missouri 116 and attempting to pass another vehicle when she swerved off the road to avoid colliding with a westbound vehicle head-on. The car overturned, coming to rest on its top in a creek. The woman was taken to Liberty Hospital for treatment.
