Progress on the new Chillicothe Police facility continues and construction appears to be on schedule.
The report from the contractor shows work is taking place both inside and outside. They have completed drywall work and continue to prepare surfaces for finishing.
On the exterior, rock and brick work continue and they are also working on exterior fixtures, including electrical cabinets and the transformer pad.
During October, the contractor says projects include:
- Concrete: Prep and pour curb/paving
- Install windows and storefront systems
- Install ceiling grid
- Installation of ACM panels on the exterior of the building
- Installation casework near the end of October
The timeline continues to show that various work will be completed late in the year, with the start of the punch list in February and expected completion at the end of March.
