New Drug Drop Box At Sheriff’s Office

The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department has a new prescription drug drop box in their lobby.  Livingston County Sheriff Dustin Woelfle says the high-security drug cabinet was purchased with opioid settlement funds provided to Livingston County in an effort to help combat the drug epidemic we deal with on a routine basis.

Woelfle says these drop boxes provide an easy way for citizens to dispose of expired or unneeded medications in a quick and safe way. This box will be available to the public during our regular office hours of Monday-Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM.
