Area residents participating the Chillicothe’s annual Citywide Clean-up will notice a new road heading east from Mitchell Avenue. City Administrator Roze Frampton says that is the access road to the new Industrial Park.

Frampton says they will be working on extending the road back into the site as the city works to develop the new industrial park.
