A Hudson, New York man was arrested by State Troopers in Daviess County Monday morning. Thirty-two-year-old Ian R. Whittaker was arrested on a Saline County warrant for a traffic violation. He was held at the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail pending the posting of bond.
