A Brookfield man accused of alleged assault, three counts of statutory sodomy, and harassment remains in custody. Fifty-two-year-old Russell Alan Pirkey appeared before Judge DeVoy for a bond hearing. No change in bond was requested as Pirkey has no home plan. His preliminary hearing is set for May 25th at 1:00 pm in Linn County Court.
