A contract to create a feasibility study and master plan for repairs and development of Chillicothe City Hall was awarded to Finkle Williams Inc. City Administrator Roze Frampton explained the scope of the work.
Determine what needs to be done and what can be done to better use the building.
Frampton says the study will take a few months to complete.
The council will determine the next steps and priorities.
Funding will be through the Capital Improvement Fund, and the contract is for $128,340.
