Ninety-one calls for service were handled by the Chillicothe Police Department on Wednesday.
Officers arrested a 45-year-old man early in the morning after finding him asleep behind the wheel and intoxicated at Second and Washington. He was taken to the Caldwell County Detention Center on a 24-hour hold.
Later, police investigated an unattended death on Liberia Street. The case appears to be natural causes, with the coroner’s office involved.
Other calls included a property damage and trespassing complaint on South Mitchell, a two-vehicle crash on Cowgill where one driver was cited, and the arrest of a 27-year-old man who turned himself in on a Livingston County warrant.
