A portion of the Second Street project in Chillicothe is complete. Streets Superintendent Jeff Gilespie says the portion from Washington Street to the fire station is now open. This will allow the fire department to exit onto Washington as they respond to calls for service.
Drivers on Washington should watch for emergency vehicles entering Washington at both 1st and 2nd Streets.
The Second Street project will continue with the project expected to be completed in the next month.
