Preserving a trophy of your harvest is the goal for some hunters. For Turkey Hunters, that can mean the bird’s Fan. The Missouri Department of Conservation (MDC) invites hunters who are hoping to harvest a turkey this spring to an online event where you will learn to preserve and display a turkey fan. The free class will be held on April 10th from 5:30-6:30 p.m.
