A detainee at the Chillicothe Women’s Prison died earlier in December. Sixty-eight-year-old Debra Dillard was serving a life sentence without parole for first-degree murder and armed criminal action. She had been convicted in Wright County and brought to the prison in April of 2011.
Dillard died of apparent natural causes.
