A Raytown man was arrested by State Troopers in Carroll County Wednesday afternoon. Forty-three-year-old Michael A. Folsom was arrested for alleged DWI with drugs, driving while suspended, and careless and imprudent driving resulting in a crash. He was processed and released. No information on the crash is available.
