A realtor has been selected to handle the sale of Field School for the Chillicothe R-II School District. Superintendent Dr Dan Wiebers says the School Board made the choice after reviewing the bids.
Century 21.
The commission rate presented in the bid is 4%. Wiebers says there is interest in the property.
Each of the realtors who bid had interested buyers.
The school board discussed the price for the building in the executive session.
