A crash on Route V, south of Chula Sunday evening left one driver with minor injuries. State Troopers report 21-year-old John K. Valbracht of Chillicothe had minor injuries and was treated at Hedrick Medical Center. According to the report, at about 6:00 pm, Valbracht was northbound on Route V, near LIV 228, and 30-year-old Gabriel Jeffries of Chillicothe was southbound, and the mirrors of the vehicle struck at the center of the road. Troopers received the report of the crash at a later time.
