The Chillicothe FFA and Chamber of Commerce hosted the annual Salute to Agriculture Friday. The event included lunch and a guest speaker, Garrett Hawkins, Missouri Farm Bureau President. Hawkins says his goal is to have the youth want to return to their family farm. He says communities are a key to that dream.
He says events like this show the support for the next generation of agriculture.
