Salvation Army Receives Donations From Post Office

The Chillicothe Post Office collected 971 pounds of food for the Salvation Army food pantry in their annual “Stamp out Hunger” food drive.

Lynda Snuffer from the Salvation Army says they are so grateful for the help the postal workers volunteered to help!   Snuffer says Food for the Pantries from The Salvation Army is solely through donations. Individuals in need can drop by on Thursdays from 10 – noon and 1 – 5 to complete paperwork.

The Salvation Army and Post Office thank the entire Chillicothe Community for their participation in the food drive.
