Ahead of Missouri’s Special Session, KCHI spoke with Senator Rusty Black. That Special Session began at noon today (Wednesday), and Governor Mike Kehoe called for “action on congressional redistricting and initiative petition reform to ensure our districts and Constitution truly put Missouri values first.”
Ahead of the session, Black gave his thoughts on redistricting.
Still questioning if it’s the right thing.
Missouri’s Veto Session is scheduled to begin on September 10th at Noon. That session is limited to 10 days. The published schedule is for the Veto Session to end on the first day, and another Special Session is scheduled to follow through September 12th.
