Sentenced On One Count – Two Others Dropped

A motion to withdraw a guilty plea filed in Livingston County Circuit Court on behalf of Jeanette Irene Huston was accepted during sentencing on the remaining count.   In May, Huston pled guilty to three counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

She claimed the guilty plea on the 2nd and 3rd charge were a miscommunication between her, her attorney, and the state.

Thursday, Huston was sentenced to five years of probation on the one remaining count of Endangering the Welfare of a Child.  She is also ordered to pay all court costs and board bill assessed as conditions of her probation.
