A single-vehicle crash in Caldwell County left a 74-year-old Cameron woman with serious injuries Tuesday afternoon. State Troopers report the crash occurred at about 3:40 pm on Route HH, west of Crow Road, as the woman was westbound and crossed the centerline, then ran off the left side of the road and struck two warning signs.
