A two-vehicle crash in Daviess County on Thursday night left one driver with serious injuries. The Missouri Highway Patrol reports the crash occurred at around 9:20 PM on Interstate 35, three miles northwest of Winston. According to the report, a 37-year-old Kansas City man was southbound in the northbound lanes of Interstate 35 and struck head-on with a northbound vehicle driven by a 43-year-old man from Belton, MO. The Belton man had serious injuries and was taken to Cameron Regional Medical Center. The other drivers were wearing safety belts.
State Troopers report a 37-year-old Kansas City man, Damon B. Boshane, was arrested in Daviess County at about 10:10 pm for alleged DWI with drugs, careless and imprudent driving, and driving the wrong way on a divided highway. He was taken to the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.
