A Chillicothe woman accused of alleged abuse or neglect of a child made her initial court appearance. Fifty-two-year-old Stacey Soper was arrested June 16th on an incident that is alleged to have occurred in May.
Soper entered a plea of not guilty. Her next appearance is for a preliminary hearing before Judge Michal Leamer on July 26th in the Livingston County Associate Court.
