Chillicothe’s storm drainage project in the Meadow Lane area is now past the survey part of the project. City Administrator Roze Frampton says the project actually covers a larger area.
The drainage issues have caused erosion of not only some yards and ditches but also streets in the neighborhood.
The next step is preparing the bid specifications. Frampton says that will take a while.
The construction will start in 2024.
