Locust Street will be closed October 13th from 6:00 am to 5:00 pm. The Chillicothe Police Department approved the closing requested by Lifepoint Church for the Lifepoint Fall Block Party. The closure is between Ann and Clay Street. The event begins October 13th at 10:00 am and continues until 3:00 pm.
