A Chillicothe man is in custody on charges that include two counts of Child Molestation. Forty-two-year-old Eric Wayne Suddith was arrested by the Chillicothe Police officers Tuesday afternoon and booked into the Caldwell County Detention Center.
Suddith faces charges that include: Alleged Sodomy or attempted sodomy and Enticement or attempted enticement of a child under 15
And two counts each of: Alleged Statutory Sodomy – child under the age of 12, Child Molestation – child under the age of 12, Abuse or Neglect of a Child, and Assault.
The incidents are alleged to have occurred between September of 2019 and March of 2021.
A warrant was issued Tuesday for the arrest of Suddith. That warrant includes bond set at $200,000 cash only.
