A Sumner resident, 45-year-old Timothy Adam Stanley, was booked into the Caldwell County Detention Center on Monday by Livingston County Deputies for alleged possession of a controlled substance. He is held with bond set at $5,000 cash only. His initial appearance is set for Wednesday at 9:00 am.
