Texas Man Arrested For 101 In A 65 Zone

A Kyle, Texas, man was arrested by State Troopers in Livingston County.  At 8:56 am, 35-year-old Dominguez M. Rual was arrested for alleged speeding – 101 in a 65 zone, and no valid license.  He was processed and released.
