A Texas man was arrested by State Troopers in Daviess County Friday afternoon. Fifty-four-year-old John E. Hollar of Melissa, TX, was arrested at 12:11 pm for alleged DWI, Careless and Imprudent Driving, and Leaving the Scene of an Accident. He was taken to the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.
