The 911 Dispatch Sales Tax Starts January 1st

A new sales tax in Livingston County will go into effect on January 1^st.  Presiding Commissioner Ed Douglas says this tax was approved by voters.

Begins on January 1^st to support 911 Dispatch.

The tax will support the Central Dispatch Board and Dispatch services for law enforcement, EMS, and fire services.
