Three Court Cases Bound Over For Circuit Court

Three court cases were transferred to Livingston County Circuit Court.

Forty-year-old Charles Robert Smith of Chillicothe faces charges of alleged possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.  Arraignment in Circuit Court is October 9^th.

Sixty-two-year-old Bobby Jay Oleson of Chillicothe faces charges of alleged domestic assault, possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.  Arraignment in Circuit Court is October 9^th.

Forty-eight-year-old Christopher A. McCurley of Ankeny, Iowa, faces charges of alleged failure to register as a sex offender.  Arraignment in Circuit Court is October 9^th.
