Three crashes in the area counties on Sunday left drivers with minor injuries.
In Caldwell County, at about 1:44 pm on North Main Street in Braymer, a single vehicle crash occurred at North Main and East 6th Street, as a 73-year-old woman was northbound and ran off the west side of the road and struck a concrete barrier and the ground. She had minor injuries and was taken to Cameron Regional Medical Center for treatment.
In Livingston County, at about 1:47 pm, a two-vehicle crash occurred on US 36, a mile east of Wheeling. The report from the Highway Patrol states a 46-year-old man from Canada, driving his semi and was following a farm tractor driven by a 64-year-old Meadville man. He was following too closely and struck the left rear of the tractor, which ran off the road and overturned. The Meadville man was taken to Hedrick Medical Center for treatment. The truck driver was not injured.
In Daviess County at about 6:03 pm, a single vehicle crash on Northbound I-35 near Winston left a 27-year-old Texas man injured. The Highway Patrol reports the truck driver was northbound and began to slide. He went off the west side of the road, and his truck spun 180 degrees, and then overturned onto the passenger side. He was taken to the Cameron Regional Hospital for treatment.
