46-year-old Jennifer Marie Swank of St. Joseph was booked on a warrant for alleged possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond is set at $20,000 cash.
36-year-old Curtis D. Burton of Chillicothe was booked on charges that include alleged 3 counts of driving While Revoked, 3 counts of no valid license, 2 counts of failure to register a vehicle, and for alleged no insurance. Bond is set at $20,000 cash.
All three are held at the Caldwell County Detention Center.
