A resolution and three ordinances are on the Trenton City Council agenda on Monday. The meeting will start at 7:00 pm at Trenton City Hall.
The resolution is to support the efforts of Grand River Appartments to obtain financing through the Missouri Housing Development Commission to rehabilitate 40 units of affordable housing.
Ordinances on the agenda include:
Amending the speed limit schedule of the Traffic Code, reducing the speed limit of Oklahoma Avenue from 28th Street to the north City limits.
Approving a proposal for a change order on the water main replacement project.
Approving a proposal for the Missouri Highway 6 Sidewalk project.
New Business includes an appointment to the Park Board and approval of a dump truck for the street department.
A Closed executive session is planned for legal, real estate, and personnel matters.
