Tiny Homes are among the topics for meetings planned on Monday at City Hall. Chillicothe’s Planning and Zoning Board and the Boards of Adjustments will both meet on Monday.
The Planning and Zoning Board will meet at 5:30 pm with an agenda that includes a review of the Tiny House Regulations and the Manufactured Home and Modular Home regulations. The city had placed a moratorium on permits for tiny homes earlier in the year.
At 6:00 pm, the Board of Adjustments meets to hold a public hearing on a size variance application for a business at 310 Second Street.
Both meetings are open to the public.
