The Trenton City Council approved the Rice Certification Testing agreement. City Administrator Ron Urton explains.
As part of the preparations for the testing, Urton says they are replacing some of their catalysts.
The catalyst purchased will go into their south substation.
The testing is scheduled for the first part of August.
