Trenton Firefighters Battle Early Morning Vehicle Fire

The Trenton Fire Department responded to a vehicle fire early Saturday morning.

 

The call came in through 9-1-1 around 1:23 a.m. on August 23rd at 712 East 21st Street in Trenton. When firefighters arrived, they found a 2014 Ford Edge fully engulfed in flames.

 

Crews quickly went to work, deploying an inch-and-three-quarter attack line, using both water and foam to put out the blaze. The vehicle was declared a total loss, and the owner was not present at the time of the fire.

 

No injuries were reported. The cause of the fire remains undetermined, and the Missouri State Fire Marshal has been notified. The Trenton Police Department assisted at the scene.
