A Trenton man was arrested in Daviess County on Thursday for alleged failure to appear on a probation violation hearing. Thirty-eight-year-old Cody James Burchett was on probation for a Grundy County 2022 conviction for driving while revoked or suspended and resisting arrest. He is held with no bond allowed. His next court appearance is June 15th.
