A Trenton man was arrested by State Troopers in Macon County Monday morning. Twenty-one-year-old Waylon E. Rowans was arrested for alleged no seatbelt and on a Grundy County warrant for alleged passing bad checks. He was taken to the Macon County jail pending the posting of bond.
