A Trenton man was arrested by Livingston County Deputies and booked into the Caldwell County Detention Center on Monday. Fifty-three-year-old Tobby D. Griffin is charged with alleged DWI – aggravated offender and failure to drive in the right lane. He is held with bond set at $7,500 cash only.
